How Long Should I Believe?

Here are the notes from a teaching I prepared. Since the passing of a wonderful man of God, God has nursed my heart concerning Himself and His Love. Although I am completely God-contented concerning His will for healing in our lives, I could not deliver this teaching without crying! The floodgates opened when I started reading Isaiah.
Take a moment to read through the verses. I would love to hear your responses.
How Long Should I Believe?

Romans 8:35 and 39-
Nothing shall separate us from the love of Christ.
Heb. 11:13-
“These died in faith…” In fact they were “born, lived, and died” in faith of the coming King, Lord, and messiah.
Gen. 3:15
Abraham gave up his dominion over the cattle, the air, the dirt, the Earth, including all flesh and handed it over to the devil. God immediately SAW our need and PROVIDES a plan of buying us, his most precious, back. “Between thy seed and her seed.” She would bear “seed” a child to fulfill God’s promise to put a wall between His people and the devil. This wall, “seed” will “bruise the devil’s head.”
Gen. 4:1
Eve so believed God she was looking for God’s promise.
Gen. 4:45
Seth- “God’s appointed” God has appointed another seed in place of Abel. It is from the line of Seth that the Lord Jesus Christ was born.
Gen. 4:26
God now has people who love Him.
Adam = man

Seth = appointed

Enosh = mortal- human

Cainan = possesses sorrow

Mahalaleel = the blessed/praise of God

Jared = shall come forth- decent

Enoch = teaching- initiating

Methuselah = his death shall bring it- “man of a/the dart”- “to perish by weapon”

Lamech = powerful

Noah = rest and comfort

“mankind appointed mortal has sorrow, but the blessed of God shall come forth teaching that his death will bring powerful comfort and rest.”

Cool notes: Israel means “God contented”

Galatians 3:8
And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, In thee shall all nations be blessed.
Heb. 11:13
All these died in faith
Heb. 6:4-6
Don’t turn back!

God is light. God is love. God is life. In Him there is no darkness at all.
“It is finished” literally means, “Paid in full.”
Heb. 6:11-20
We believe beyond the “end of all strife” because we have God’s promises that cannot be changed. 1. God cannot lie 2. We have the messiah, Jesus Christ.
John 6
JC had healed and fed 5000 people with 5 barley loaves of bread and 2 small fishes” Droves of people and great multitudes followed him as a result.
Verse 26 We’ve seen the miracles too!
Verse 27 “Labor not for the meat that perisheth, but for the meat that endureth unto everlasting life.”
John 6:68
“You’re the Christ, where else will we go?”
So why are God’s people Sick and Die Prematurely?

Before Christ- As God’s servants they knew God was able but were uncertain of God’s willingness to forgive them.
After Christ- As God’s kids we know we have been forgiven but doubt God’s ability.
You’re in a real pickle if you get in a situation and you’re not sure if God will perform what He has promised
What should you do?
Smith Wigglesworth was noted to go to funerals, pick up the corpse, and command it be raised from the dead! He is credited with raising several from the dead!
Afraid to look stupid? Afraid it won’t work? Afraid that people will get their hopes smashed? Afraid you will get laughed at, thrown out of the group? Afraid you will offend others?
THE WORD OF GOD IS ALL TRUTH. HE IS THE GOD OF HEALING, WHOLENESS, AND RESTORATION. HE IS THE ONE TRUE GOD. OUR HEALING HAS BEEN PAID FOR “IN FULL”. IT IS FINISHED. PERIOD- END OF STORY.
What if it still doesn’t work?

Isaiah 25:8
He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the LORD hath spoken [it].
I Chronicles 15:54 and 55
So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, and then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where [is] thy sting? O grave, where [is] thy victory?
Rev. 22:1-10 /Face to Face
Verse 4 “And they shall see his face; and his name shall be on their foreheads.”
How Long Should I Believe?
My declaration: I will believe until my very last breath. I will believe when the doctors say “There is no hope.” I will believe when I am scared. I will believe when others are scared. I will act on the promises of God and will not make him ashamed. I know he had not made me ashamed. His Word will not return void but will produce fruit, restoration, and healing.
